Is she pretty calm and can stand/sit still? Or is she constantly moving around picking at herself or twitching? Another thing someone on speed will do is talk very fast and not let you get a word in. I check behavior along with the eyes. There are not any antibiotics I have heard of that would affect the eyes like that. Some heavy prescription drugs such as pain killers can affect the eyes.
if her drug habit is as bad as you make it seem, you cannot change her. You can only pray that nothing bad happens to her or anyone else around her. When she is ready, she will take the steps to get clean for good.

not from antibiotics. stimulants usually.

she is on pot or crack. i'm not sure if it is such a great idea that she babysits if she has a history of drug-use. beware: i've heard that druggies are good liars.

Actually there are some special eye drops that can be used to make pupils bigger or smaller, cops use them at RAVES to make their pupils look bigger and walk around asking who sells X, cause on X your pupils get really BIG! lol i know. But If she was high you can tell, drowsy looking eyes, red eyes, slurr speach and such. but you cant tell If someones used it before because your eyes reurn to normal. The Most obvious reason why her pupils were constricted is because there was too much light for her pupils to handle so they constrict and only let sufficient amount of light in to see clearly. thats what pupils do. But if our that worried about her being on drugs just monitor her activity, the worst thing to do is to ask them if theyre doing drugs. ITs reall dissrespectful...
