Yes, the next day you should be fine. You will be needing a driver for the day of your surgery. The only thing you will notice is brightness. Your lasik provider should give you a pair of sun glasses for this.
I have had lasik for about a year now and love it! I think lasik is the best investment you can do for yourself.

It is recommended that you have a driver for the newt day appointment because you may still be healing and your vision may not be good enough to drive without correction. I myself had Lasik and drove to my nest day appointment but it was not recommended.
As long as you feel comfortable to drive the next day you can.
