i just want to know.

they say should only spend 2 hours in computer
from what I heard they said you should stay atleast 2feet away from the screen (which I found both very hard to do haha)

in tv they say you must stay atleast 5feet away from the screen but about the hours I don't have any idea

in cellphone .......hours? really? I don't think you would stare at the cellphone for a very long time....would you? haha (cellphone no idea)

excess of every thing is not good. so use computers, tv but only 4 a limited time.
carrot is very useful 4 eyes.
Most important thing to prevent blindness is to pay full attention 4 any eye disease. ie. early diagnosis &early treatment. pay full attention to our refractive errors also.

Using your eyes will not cause them to become damaged nor will it cause you to need a prescription. A healthy diet is good for your whold body so eat well. Use sunglasses outside to reduce UV damage.

This may not be what you are looking for but don't forget about accidents and eye safety. Stay away from bungee cords (the kind you use to tie luggage to the car or bundle things together) or resistance bands. Never use them! A resistance band hit me in the eye and detached my retina. I could have lost my eye or been blinded very easily. Fortunately I had fast surgery (it was pretty awful and now I have a scleral buckle around my eye which irritates it but you can't see it) and I only lost some of my peripheral vision, but now I need contacts when I didn't before. If you play sports involving balls (tennis, racquetball) always wear goggles. I heard of a guy losing his eye to a racquetball sucking it out (at my gym) when it hit him at high force. A girl on this website had a terrible eye injury involving a tennis ball. Use your common sense. If your mind says, wow I could get hurt doing this, listen to it and take care!
