Are rimless eyeglasses in style?!

Many people still are looking for rimless,but a lot of manufacturers don't have much to offer. It seems to come in cycles, where one year they are hot and then next year not. Some companies have complete lines dedicated to this style while others may have 1 or 2 styles in their catalog. I find most people like them for being light weight and least visible on the face. I have been getting more requests for this style this year and have taken on a line of specifically drilled rimless. Rimless is always in style, just the selection is varied at times. Seems to alternate between drilled rimless and grooved rimless, which are no frame on the bottom.

The "latest fashion" is a more bold look.
But real fashion is always about choosing what looks best on YOU--not what "everybody" is wearing.
As an optician, I'm not fond of totally rimless glasses because they are hard to work with--but I don't think they'll every be totally out of style (unfortunately for me.) ;)
