Is it bad to massage your eyes when they get tired from computer use?!

Question: aren't your eyes like a muscle? massaging muscle is good? is massaging your eyes good? i work in front of the computer for 8 hours during the day then i have online classes that i do at night to finish college. what can i do for my eyes when they get so tired?
