BC and DIA are of no importance when determining which prescription is "worse". I hate using the word better or worse just because the numbers are different.
All of the prescriptions have their peculiar power characteristics. The first right eye stands the best chance of being corrected with the least complicated contact lens.
The amount of the astigmatism (CYL) in the other three eyes is higher powered but it does not make any of them "worse". I suspect that either of the left eyes have more difficult time seeing when the lenses are not worn.
