Question: Hi I have just gone onto monthly disposable lenses, I have a couple of questions which I forgot to ask my optician,

1.) How often do you change the soloution in the case?
2.) Do I get a new case every month?

You change the solution every night.

When you take the lenses off to store them in the case, you use new solution. It only disinfects and cleans your lenses once.

A new case every 3 or 4 months is good to do.

You can clean your case every couple of weeks just by dropping it into a pot of boilng water for a few minutes, then let it air dry.
