Contact lenses...?!

Question: Hi I have just gone onto soft monthly disposable lenses, I have a couple of questions which I forgot to ask my optician,

1.) How often do you change the soloution in the case?
2.) Do I get a new case every month?

better change your avatar to your new contact lense look ;)

it is essential to change the solution in the lens case everyday to ensure all day long comfort.

You are supposed to change the solution daily. Best to get into a routine - change the solution, giving the case a wee clean with the solution also, take out the lenses and clean them before putting them in the case. Make sure you have clean hands too! You most likely will get a new case and new solution with your lenses each month, I do, I get my lenses from Dolland and Aitcheson.

i started wearing disposable lensesss and i did ask him does questions he told me to change the solution every day for example he told me before i put my contact on to clean the contact with the solution for 10 sec. on both side of the lense to make sure that its really clean because you don't want to have any type of infection on your eyes and the case should be good as long as you let it air dry don't put any water or clean it with soap because that could irritated your eyes but if you see that the case is starting to turn yellow or getting some weird color you should go ahead and change it just to be safe

the disinfection solution is one time use only. fresh solution used every night. replace the case every three months at least or when you buy a new bottle. or you could just read the side of the box. btw, rub your lenses.

Change solution everyday and from specsavers I get a new case and solution every month which is pretty standard I would imagine.
