Did they give you eye drops to help prevent infection? If not, you may wanna follow up with an ophthalmologist.
Corneal abrasions usually heal within a few days and your eye will stop watering when the surface of the eye heals.
a few days and you should be fine. keep dirty fingers away from your eyes.
It will probably take a few days (4 at the very most) before your vision is back to normal. However, if the symptoms of blurry vision still persist, visit your eye doctor. You could possib;y require glasses.
