Question: My friend got glasses but her prescription is really light!?
Ok so my friend got glasses but I'm not so sure she needs them!. My friend let me try them on and I found that they didn't really make a difference, only maybe higher detail - the prescription was that light! Would an eye doc give someone glasses if it wasn't really necessary!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't really matter if glasses have a low presciption as they enable the wearer to see details which a person with normal vision would see!. Also, it makes the biggest difference to the wearer!. The optometrist normally would give someone glasses with a light prescription as it helps them to see that tiny bit furthur!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it makes things more detailed then yes!. Not all glasses have to be a super high prescription!. Mostly people start getting glasses or contacts because they get headaches from straining a bit, so thats why they need glasses, even for a light prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They only give glass to people who really need them!. Remember everybody eyes are different so if you did not see a difference it might make a world of difference to your friend!. Also your friend might have bought them from Wally world or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
