The truth is that with Climate Change, the Ozone, and Global Warming the sun affects us strongly!. It is very important to take good care of your eyes and that probably means wearing sunglasses in your case, maybe even prescription sunglasses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lack of some vitamins can make eyes more sensitive to sunlight try a soft gel of vitamins A and D and some flax seed oil do u wear sun glasses a lot they help with UV rays but and make u more sensitive to sunlight my husband always wears sunglasses an the ophthalmologist told him the is not helping by wearing tinted lenses so much i guess its like hiding in a cave then coming out in to the sunlight after a long time lol try some vitamins , liquid vitamins i am told work so much better than solids that may or may not absorb well but i think sunglasses are great but as we hear all the time ---- all things in moderationWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is probably something wrong!. You should always wear sunglasses in broad sunlight!.

I would recommend you to go and see the optometrist!. Maybe you could be prescibed glasses with transition lens!. That might help your condition!.
