Go to the optometrist!. Positive glasses are reading glasses, and are are generally the same prescription of +2!.00!. If you need glasses to correct distance vision, which are in the negative numbers, only an optometrist can tell you what prescription you need!. You can't!.!. The "positive numbers" are reading glasses that correct farsightedness!. They don't make the negative prescription glasses to correct nearsightedness!.

It's illegal to sell minus powered glasses in readymades in most countries, this is because wearing lenses that have too much minus could be damaging to your eyes, especially if you are young!.
