i wear coloured contact lenses with no prescription just to change the colour
i wash them with special liquid every time i take them off and before putting them on
i store them as they're supposed to be stored in the special boxes with the liquid
i wear them about 6-8 hours a day
my sight is good and i'm worried about it
can contact lenses damage my eyes and make my sight worse!?

if you wear, clean and store them correctly (and you do, judging by what you said!.!.!.), there should be no major problems; however, be careful of dry-eye symptoms (a feeling that you have something in your eyes, discomfort), don't wear them if you have conjunctivitis symptoms (pink eye, itchy eye, modified tears - nor transparent any more)!. Even like this, there is a small risk for developing keratitis (an inflammation of the corneea, the transparent part in front of your iris, on which the contact lens sits)!. i have been wearing contacts for some time now and have experienced no problems, just make sure to wear good quality contact lenses and take care of the properly; good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've been wearing contact lenses for 3 years and my sight doesn't get worse with them!. It only gets worse with prescription glasses!. Just make sure you use those "rewetting drops", they really help!. Because dry eyes can be suseptable to glaucoma and other eye problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, contacts won't damage your eyes as long as you follow all the directions and take care of the lenses!. This means proper cleaning/storing, changing to a new pair as directed, etc!. It's also extremely important that the contacts have been properly fitted by an eye doctor as well!.!.!.poorly fitting contacts can cause discomfort, eye infections, and worse in some cases!.
I wear colored contacts for color enhancement only; I don't need vision correction either!. I've been wearing them for quite some time now, and my eyesight is still 20/20 just as it was before I started wearing them!.
Be sure to keep your eyes moisturized too!.!.!.if they start to feel dry with the contacts, get some eye drops that say they are safe for use with contacts!. That way you can use those drops without even taking your contacts out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
