Answers:
LOL, way too young!. I was irresponsible at her age, but never terrified of drops!. Just got lasik 5 weeks ago!.
Take it from me, eyes change up to a certain point in life!. My point was 19 years old, and I first got glasses at around 7 or 8 years old!. I got lasik at 21, so 2 years after my vision stopped changing!. Doing lasik when her vision will just change again is just irresponsible, and there is only small adjustments that can be made after lasik (You can't just do lasik again over and over if vision changes)!.
The reason she's probably dreading taking care of and track of her glasses is probably because!.!.!.she doesn't want them!. But laser eye at 13!.!.!.NO!. If you are willing to pay for the lasik, just tell her when she is (insert age here, I'd recommend 21), you'll pay for her lasik if her eyes are ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you realize that you are suggesting surgery as an alternative to teaching responsibility!?
Yes, she is too young!. No surgeon would touch your daughter's eyes!. Her prescription is likely still changing and will continue to do so until her late teens or early 20s!.
At any rate, why would you suggest subjecting your daughter, who is "terrified" of drops, to surgery!? Oh, I forgot!. Surgery is a piece of cake compared to putting in drops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, we should subject children with growing and changing eyes to a dangerous, possibly blinding, surgery so that they don't have to be responsible enough to take care of their glasses!. Oh, and it's better than contacts, because you know, 9/10 lasik patients -don't- experience dry eye that results in a need to do plenty of eye-touching anyways!.!.!.
Sarcasm!.
Seriously, no!. Your daughter cannot get lasik until she's an adult with a stable prescription and the mental capacity to make a risk-involving choice regarding one of her most important senses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES! Most doctors in their right mind won't do it until a person is 18 or even 21!. I had a friend that did it at 18 and now at 25 her eyes are worse again!. They will just end up getting worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
