Question: Recently, the bottom of my right eye has been twitching, anyone know what could be causing it!?
I heard that it could be because i'm not getting enough sleep, had this got anything to do with it!? If not, then why does it happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually this has to do with stress and lack of sleep!. Even if it is good stress!.!.!.like having a party weekend or a wedding!. Staying up to study and stressing over Exams!.!.!.!.!.it does not matter!.!.!.!.stres and lack of sleep causes eye twitching!. Sleep a little earlier for a few days and eat some really good fruits and vegetables!. Walk around the block a couple of times to get your body moving!. Not sure what's causing that Laura; but, your eyes are very precious!. You really should make an appointment with an optometrist to make sure your eye is OK!. If there is something wrong, they can help you correct it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
forget wat those people say thats been happenin to me and its not cause of lil sleep or stress or anything! its just air that got in your eye!.wat u have to do is put chest rub u know that thing u put on your throat or neck wen u have a cold put it were it twitches ur eye will start cryin and it will feel fresh and it will stop =D (it happened to me)Www@Answer-Health@Com
