i have a very high power minus number in both my eyes!.my left is 6!.8 and my right is 5!.7!.you know i dont want to wear big glasses all my life being a girl!. please please help me i thank you in advance!but please help me outWww@Answer-Health@Com

The numbers you gave don't exist!. It would be -6!.00,-6!.25,-6!.50,-6!.75, etc!. Same with the 5!. Your only other options are contacts and corrective surgery!. For your eyeglasses always choose the smallest frame that suits your face!. It will help keep the thickness down to a minimum!. Also higher index lens materials will help!. A good optician can advise you on all of these eyeglass choices to best suit your prescription!. Also inquire about anti-reflective coating on them!. Exercise the eyes at least two times per day at five minutes intervals!.COVER YOUR LEFT EYE WITH YOUR HAND AND ROTATE THE OTHER EYE FOR ABOUT 2 AND A HALF MINUTES,CLOSE THE RIGHT EYE AND OPEN THE LEFT EYE AND REPEAT THE EXERCISE!.EAT A LOT OF YELLOW FRUITS AND VEGETABLES !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
