Yes, High minus contact lenses work really well for those who need them!. Your vision might be better with contacts than with glasses, and certainly more natural!. Also they dont change the size of the image as glasses do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
As long as the vision is corrected to at least 20/40 in at least one eye , there shouldn't be any more of a problem than someone wearing a - 1!.00!.
