this is my 1st pair of glasses and my optometrist said that my eyes are 21/100, is that a comparatively a low, high, or normal eyeglass prescription!? How often should i wear my glasses!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a normal eyeglass prescription!. You should take off your glasses when you do nearsighted things- like reading or using the computer!. Only use your glasses when you need them!. And look online for eye exercises that can help improve your vision!.
