Question: How to cure short-sightedness!?!?
a!. Any effective ways to cure short-sightedness!? NOT by wearing spectacles!. By taking some kind food, perhaps, or medicine!?

Lasers can burn your eye right out of its socket!. That's the only danger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lasik surgery will correct it, to a degree!. If it's really severe, what they'll do is take out the internal lens of your eye, (just like a cataract surgery) and that will naturally make you see better!.
Short sightedness happens to everyone around the age of 40 due to the aging of this internal lense and it loses it flexibility to refract light the right way, thus creating this blurry up close!. Vitamin A is good for your eye health, but as far as any remedies or food that cures this, this has never been found and proven!.!.!. yet!

There is no cure for short sightedness, if you want to see properly you must wear glasses, contact lenses or see if you can have laser eye surgery!. Your prescription and your age would be the determinant of whether you can have laser eye surgery!.

You could try laser surgery!. I'm in the same boat as you and unless you wear glasses, there is nothing you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
