Make sure you take your diet, stress level and sleeping patterns into account!. Anything could be the culprit!. Make a list and check them off one by one over a day!.

* Eating a big meal before bed
* Not wearing sunglasses outside
* Lots of pollen in the air
* Dusty house
* Stressful day
* Not getting at least 8 hours of sleep
* Not sleeping at same time every night!?
