it can also be caused by anxiety!. i mean i wear glasses, but sometimes i experience anxiety in social situations, not often but occasionally and sometimes i get a little twitchy then!. if you are really concerned then you could book an eye exam just to check everything is a-ok and then go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it can be caused by stess, or it can be caused by lack of sleep!. If you havnt been sleeping as much as usual you muscles will sometimes spas out!. If you do get enough sleep then it is probably stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be a sign you need glasses in other words eye strain!. I used to get that a lot when I worked long hours at the computer and got overtired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Tiredness and stress are usually the causes of your eyes twitching!. Try sleeping more and taking St Johns Wort (a natural relaxant)!.
