Well, I have glasses!. I never wear them though (lol)!. Yeah, l00k at my avatar!. I was just bored so I put them on!. =]
But, the point is, I've been having major headaches lately so I don't know what to do!. I only need the glasses for distance though!.!.!.(For TV and stuff)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to wear them all the time, when u take them in and out, your eyes are not used to the "new" vision it sees and needs to adjusts!.!.!.it makes the whole system in your head confusing and this will give u a headache!.!.!.and if you dont put them on regularly, your degree might increase and it will be worse in the future!.!.!.wear them! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you're getting headaches when you don't wear them then you should try wearing them and see if this relieves the problem!.

You have to wear them by your doctor's advice!.That may be explation of your headache!.
