Computer glasses aren't a specific thing, and are different for everyone!.
It is just glasses that are usually reduced in power from your regular glasses prescription to make focusing at the monitor distance easier to do!. And an Anti -Reflection coating is added!. In some cases a light tint helps too!.

Difference in physical appearance !?
The only difference will be if you choose a different frame than your other glasses!.

My computer glasses are reading glasses that focus to twenty inches !. Normally , a person sits back farther at the computer than when reading a book or newspaper !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
