Question: Oh no!.!. help!?
hey guys i was just wondering!.!. my mum says its cos im on the computer so much!.!. but ok i wake up in the morning!.!. and i just come on to see my email!.!. for those like 2 minutes i get a terrible headache that feels like its behind my eyes!.!. could this mean i need glasses!? and i just get it when im reading or something!.!. please help thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

do u see ur computer right after u wake up!?!? it could be because of the brightness of the monitor!.!.!.
When i wake up and look into the monitor right away, i get a headache almost immediately!.!.!. even though it is jus for a couple of mins!.!.!.ur eyes need time to adjust once u wake up coz it was in the dark long time while u were asleep!.!.!. try dimming the monitor brightness if u need to check emails right after u wake up!.!.!.it worked for me :)
but if u get headaches when u read, it may mean that u have a slight correction and need glasses!. Do a routine checkup for ur eyesight!.!.!.it is recommended to do once in 2 yrs even if ur eyesight is perfect!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, but I don't wear glasses!. I still have good eyes!. Can you see well!? If not, the answer is yes, otherwise, No!. Try to see if you still can see as good as before in the dark!. This should test it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your eyes need rest!. its just a sign!. dont worry im on the computer like 8 hours a day!. No glassesWww@Answer-Health@Com
