Sure, it's possible to keep the old frames!. I've done this several times!. Just keep in mind you will need to hand over the old frames so the new lenses can be placed into them!. Just ask the person who's writting out the order, they'll be happy (should be) to do it for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
