Imagine the contacts is resting on your finger!.!.!.
The water between your finger and the lens creates a surface tension force!.
The force resists the lens from leaving your finger when the lens is touching the eye!.
Solution:
Dab dry your finger before resting the lens on your finger!. Less water = less surface tension = easier insertion
