So am I going blind?!

Question: So am I going blind!?
About 10 years ago I looked in the sun for many about a minute or so!.

I go to the doctor annually and they have never "found" anything wrong!.

But, during this time I have had floaters all the time!. I have never told a doctor about this because I knew there would be nothing they could do!.

Today I have noticed that I am having a hard time focusing in on objects!. Also, when I squint my right eye, there appears to be a film over that eye!.

Ever since I looked in the sun I have noticed little, little dots everywhere!.

If I was going blind, would not my doctor have been able to notice this!. Or am I just overreacting about all of this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You are overreacting!. Don't worry so much!. Your Dr!. has probably seen he floaters in your eye too!. They are just protein deposits that build up over time in everybody and there is nothing we can do about it!. When you squint you are probably just seeing through the fluid/floaters in your eye!. The best way to take care of your vision is to protect the macula of your eye buy taking a eye formula with at least 6-10mg of lutfeini and eating dark green leafy vegetables, like kale and spinach!. Lutein helps keep bad light rays out and l ets good light in for better vision!. Rinse your eye with some saline to clean the fluid!. you may have dust particles in that eye!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your eye doctor will not know you have "floaters" unless you tell him!. If you tell him the circumstances may cause him to look for other problems that he had no reason to suspect since you didn't provide him with all the information he needed to formulate an accurate diagnosis!. Along with the fact that exposure to too much ultra violet can cause clouding of the eye (leave a newspaper on the dash of your car for a week and watch what happens to it) you may have also caused damage to the optic nerve!. Go back to your Opthamologist and give him all of your symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
