Question: How do you lessen your eye getting worse from short sighted!?
I"ve been short sighted for a long time and my eyes are pretty bad too one of my eyes are 400 degrees and the other is 300 degrees( as in the measuring of your shortsighted) and I also get double vision and light reflection!.!. any suggesions on how to improve my eyes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think you can do anything to improve your eyesite, except laser eye surgery (which should be looked into very carefully)!. And cannot be done on everyone!.
I would recommend you see a optician about the double vision!.

Sorry, but there isn't any kind of eye exercise or pills that stop this (at least nothing that has any kind of solid, scientific evidence of effectiveness anyway)!. Nearsightedness develops in some people as part of the growing process!. For most people, it stops getting worse when they stop growing (like early 20's)!. Many people suggest eating carrots, there is a vitamin in carrots that helps you eyes, but it won't correct refractive errors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
