do all of the above but when your about to put them in ur eyes, relax ur eye lids and bring the contacts close to ur eye and it will stick like a magnet!. thats the correct way for preventing insidie outiesWww@Answer-Health@Com

This shouldn't be happening if you have them the correct way round!.!.!.

Make sure that, before you attempt to put them in your eyes, they form a 'cup' shape in your hand!. The most sure method to test if they are the right way round is to get the lens between your thumb and forefinger, and squeeze it together gently!. If the outer edges splay out further, they're inside out!. The edges are supposed to curl inward slightly to be the correct way round!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, your Optometrist should've helped you w/ putting them in and taking them out before letting you go home w/ them!.
One easy trick that helps so that they don't tip or turn inside out, is before inserting the contact lens, make sure it sits like a bowl on the very tip of your finger - not on its side, not tilted, straight up like a bowl!. Make sure your finger is NOT wet - the contact will always stick to the wetter surface! And!.!. last but not least - make sure you hold all those lashes back w/ the other hand- even the smallest flutter will knock that conact off and you'll have a hard time getting it in!. I know this is easier said than done, but take your time and practice, as the beginning is always the hardest part!.!. it just gets easier from here! =)
