As usual, I agree with Footprints!. You are going through a growth spurt no doubt and your body isn't the only thing changing!. Your eyes change also and you probably have some family members who are also quite nearsighted, which is where you inherited it from!. In most cases, refractive errors are inhertied and there isn't really much that can be done!.

If you are having radical changes in your prescription every 6 months to a year, I have seen optometrists prescribe gas permeable contact lenses to help stabilize the cornea and slow it down!. It won't reverse what you already have, but it can slow down the changes!.

An option you can look into once your at least 18 is refractive surgery!. 18 is the minimum age that a person can be considered a candidate for but there are other criteria that one must meet in order to be considered for the procedure!. Once you are 18, your prescription will begin to stablize!. But for most people, it really doens't stabilize completely until their early to mid twenties!. So, I'm afraid you have a few years to go until you can even be considered for refractive surgery!.

Has your eye doctor expressed concern for how rapidly your eyes are changing!? Do you currently wear contact lenses!?

Reading on your back and taking a bath after reading have no consequence at all on your vision!.!.!.not one bit!!! I don't know where that Crazy Alexis person is getting their info from but its a load of crap!.!.!.

The biggest tip I can give you is to see your optometrist regularly for examinations to make sure your eyes are healthy!. And express your concerns to your optometrist!. Ask them if gas permeable contacts might help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!

Well, to begin the grades have to reduce an ophthalmologist!. I feel very good read, but the problem is that you get tired after the hearing and to have any problems like myopia, etc!. !.!. I do not think you lie, on top in the United States is the best country I know !.!.!. You should ask the ophthalmologist as solves otherwise have to go to another !.!.

Sorry , there is nothing you can do to reverse your vision problems !.

That is just the way your eyes are changing!. There are no excercises or diets or magic potions that can change that!.

Computer use and reading while laying down has no effect on making your eyes worse!.

Your vision will stop changing as much as you get older, usually in the early 20's it will stop for a long time!.

At that point laser surgery may be an option for you!.

But there are no ways to correct your vision meanwhile except glasses or contacts!.!.!.if there was, everybody would be doing it and millions wouldn't be stuck with glasses or contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
