my mom thinks i have an eye problem
i like to dim the lights in my house at night, and she hates it!. i usually do so after waking up in the evening from a nap!.
i first got the idea of dimming the lights when i read somewhere that its easier to fall asleep when we gradually adjust to darkness
i don't wear sunglasses outdoors, although i may be squinting then (nobody wears sunglasses anyways!.!.!.) and i am fine with that

i think your fine, lots of people are very sensitive to light!. i am!. if you feel that something may be wrong see an ophthalmologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
