Wearing glasses can help!. My eyes are currently at -3!.25 and -3!.00 respectivly!. I have worn glasses for coming upto 10 years probably (Since a small child, Am almost 20 now) My eyes have fluctuated a bit, Getting better and worse!. But without the glasses they will cause you more problems I think with headaches etc!. Plus straining your eyes all the time to see thigns cant be doing them any good!

No Gaby!.!.!.you won't recover your vision!. Nothing is going to make the near sightedness go away except surgery!.
