Answers:
I suggest going back to whoever prescribed the glasses to you and ask for a lower prescription!. Be sure to explain the symptoms you are experiencing and they should be willing to work with you to find a prescription that better meets your needs!.

Your prescription indicates that you are nearsighted!. I know many people who are nearsighted who do not wear their glasses for near work such as using a computer!. If you are able to see the computer well enough without your glasses, then that may be a better alternative!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The prescription you were given represents your choice for the best vision!. The doctor arrives at these numbers based on your responses during testing as to what you found to be the most clear!. There is no benefit for you to wear lesser correction and will only cause you to see slightly blurry compared to what you should have!. If you feel they are strong perhaps you should call the doctor who prescribed them and explain this!. They will likely have you come back for a recheck!. Any optician, in the US anyway, has to follow what the doctor wrote on the prescription and must fill it exactly as written!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are living in the U!.S!. they won't let you pick your prescription!. You will have to have it prescribed and signed by the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
