Help with my eyes!!!?!

Question: Help with my eyes!!!!?
I can't afford to see a specialist JUST yet but I need to ask if anyone knows what my problem is!.
I've always believed you need glasses if you can't focus properly BUT I don't know if you need glasses for what I have!.
In the past week or so, my eyes don't feel right when I'm reading, I mean I can see fine but they feel so tired when they're not!. I have to squint and bend my head forward which has become a habit and it doesn't really help anyway, it's just a natural reaction!.
Is there something called lazy eyes!? And can the computer ruin your eyes because I've had to study a lot recently and I have to rely on my laptop!.
Any help would be appreciated =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Grace,
I think you must see an Optometrist soon, I feel that its more a binocular imbalance (or in other words muscle weakness)!.
But I can only tell you after I have all the details of your convergence and accommodative function!.
It is better you consult an optometrist who will prescribe you certain eye exercises and i am very sure it will help you!.

i suggest to see a specialist, no matter what the situation is!.
it may be a sign of Amblyopia!.
amblyopia, or lazy eye,[1] is a disorder of the visual system that is characterized by poor or indistinct vision in an eye that is otherwise physically normal, or out of proportion to associated structural abnormalities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Long periods of time on the computer may cause slight damage to the eyes!. Maybe just clean your eyes out, get some cotton wool and wet it with warm water, then start from the start of the eye and just move it slightly round your eyes!.

you might not necessarily need to have glasses but i think there is a possibility!. tiredness and eye strain are also causes of squinting because your eyes are so close to you brain and obviously thats whats making you tired!. see how it goes when you have had a fair amount of sleep and see if the result is any different!. it may just be tiredness but if things dont improve you may just need some low strength reading glasses!. glare from the computer isnt the best thing but it doesnt cause any perminant damage!.
lazy eyes are due to poor muscle development in the eyes!. most the time they can be fixed just by doing extensive eye excersies to strengthen them but sometimes you need an operation to fix it!. it doesnt sound like you have one unless people notice one eye is moving slower than the other!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lazy eyes is a popular expression for poor muscle development!. If you haven't the necessary money for a specialist, do not waste your time!. Your eyes are the most important organ you always need!.
Pay with what you have, I mean TIME!. Make one hour on day, each day , eyes exercises!. It works well!. To get the first visible improvement you need 3 weeks of ambitious effort!. After this period you will be enough motivated to continue six months or so!. It will be fun and pleasant plus grow up your self esteem, In the meantime find resource for money, but forbidden to neglect your eyes!.
Also pause a few minutes after each hour in the computer
It happened to me after I worked 10 hours in the computer during two years and of course doctors recommend always operation, but I tried to help me with these procedures I said above, plus diet and breaking deeply and other helpful things
It helped me a lots and today I do these things because too I stay often in front to my computer about 5-6 hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to Walmart and try on some of the OTC reading glasses they have and see if they clear up your vision at the same distance your computer screen is from your eyes!. Start with the lowest number value!. If you see an improvement, you probably just need glasses!. Some medications can blur your vision!. Read those labels!. Ibuprofen or naproxen blur my vision, so if you are taken any of those, note if there is a relationship with that!. Blurred vision can also be a sign of a medical condition not directly related to your eyes, so it would be a very good idea to see your primary care physician soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
