well, human eyes aren't supposed to stare at the same place for a very long time, it doesnt matter what the object!.
but, if you mean just like looking at that and not just looking at a portion of the picture, it shouldnt do anything!. its just an optical illusion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Especially in full-screen mode!.
concentrate on the centre, and when it finishes, look around the room, or at a page of print!.

i watched it and it was horrible because it made me dizzy!. I don't think it would cause eye damage, just confusion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
