na it doesnt mean anything!.!. its just the spasam in yr eye it can be caused by stress just chill out and it should dissapear in a couple of days!.!. i have it for 4 days and i thought it was bad luck but nothing bad happened to me!.!. so i guess its just a saying!.!. but nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
