Allergy season with contacts?!
Question: Allergy season with contacts!?
My prescription recently expired for my contacts so I got another exam today and asked about better contacts for allergy season!. He said there's not much I can do but he gave me four different trial pairs to try out
1!. Focus Dailies
2!. Acuvue 2
3!. Acuvue Oasys
4!. O2 Optix
I just want to get some other people's opinions on what they find best to wear during allergy season (And please don't tell me just glasses because I hate them)!.
I also started using Clear Care contact solution and I found that alone helped with my contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Acuvue 2 and Acuvue Oasys are the best!.
I personal did not like Focus Dailies at all, they get really dry within in a hour or two!. I don't know about O2 Optix though, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is get a good solution and clean them thoroughly each time you take them on and off!. I use Acuvue 2 colors and I rinse and clean them all the time to keep infections from returning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think there is any contact lens specially made for "allergy season"!.
The best you can do is replace your contact lenses more frequently!. Use daily disposables, no worries of cleaning/disinfection etc!.
You can also use any lubricating/rewetting drops along with your lenses if you feel any dryness related symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
