Eye contact is what it says it means, looking people straight in the eyes when talking to them!.!.now if you're just talking in general you don't have to make exact eye contact the whole time!.!.if you're say in a meeting you might want to do that!.!.some people don't look people in the eye!.!.I was told in high school that I don't and my friend told me that's a sign that I have low self-esteemWww@Answer-Health@Com
The eyes are the windows to the sould!. I saw in NLP that the directoin people look when you talk to them tell you a lot abou what they are thinking about!.
I have a slight personality defect!. I have no problem looking somebody in the eye and then saying some realy unreal stuff, this has tought me a quite a few things, such as being a bit off on the pshycological side is a good thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
