Contact lense help please?!

Question: Contact lense help please!?
i got contacts and cannot get them in for my life!. ive tried and tried and waited a few days and tried again and i still cant get them in!. ive watched videos on youtube and stuff but none of that has been helpful!. i dont really see the point in getting lessons at my doctor because it would probably take like 2 hours and my eyes would like die!.
the main problem is that no matter what i do it sticks to my finger!. i try drying of my finger or wetting it or putting drops in my eye to make my eye wet!. nothing works!.
are there lenses that can stay in for a month that i can just have my doctor put in monthly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First of all, a doctor won't see you every month to put contacts in your eyes!.

Make sure the contact is right-side-out (if it's not you'll be able to see a little lip on the edge!. If you can't tell, try placing the contact in crease of your hand right under your pinky finger and gently fold your hand a little!. If the lens folds like a taco it is right-side-out!. If the lens resists folding, it is in-side-out)
Next, place the lens on the tip of your finger!. Make sue your finger is not too wet otherwise the lens will adhere to your finger instead of the tear film!. Pull down on your bottom lid with the middle finger of the had you are using to put the lens in and pull up on your upper eye lid with the opposite hand!. (it may also help to raise your eyebrows like your making a scared face!.) Look directly at your finger tip, don't look up or down or to the side!. Keep looking in the same direction as you place the lens on your iris (the colored part of your eye!.)
Pull your finger back slowly and blink as slowly as possible so the lens doesn't just pop right back out!. If you have to, go back to the optometrist's office for more training!.

There are lenses that are FDA approved for month long extended wear (continous 30 days)!. These are Purevison and Focus Night and Day!. However, you have to have you eye doctor okay these lenses for you before you can you use them as they may not come in perameters that fit the shape of your eye!. However, these do tend to build up a lot of proteins when worn continuously so you will notice your vision is getting cloudy and you may not get the full 30 days out of these lenses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you put them on, put them on the very tip of your finger and don't actually touch your eye with your finger!. bring the contact on your finger reaaaalllly close to your eye, only let the rim of the contact touch your eye and its kind of like a magnet and it'll just attach itself to your eye!. remember don't try to push it in with your fingerWww@Answer-Health@Com

heyy i have contacts!. i know that at first it's really hard to get them in, but you'll be a pro at it in no time! you need to press the contact onto your eye for a few seconds, not just one second!. also make sure it's not backwards or folded over!. just don't be scared and open your eye REALLY wide! if this doesn't work you should get lessons from your doctor!. did they not give you lessons when you first got them!? my doctor wouldn't let me leve the office with the contacts if i couldn't put them in, so i was driven to put them in and i got it, but not after getting REALLY frusturated!. also, there are no contacts that you can keep in for a month!. that's really bad for your eyes! you should take your contacts out everynight before you go to sleep, or even earlier and wear your glasses so your eyes can breathe! a guy at lenscrafters said that if i didn't wear my glasses a little bit and let my eyes breathe then they might take me out of contacts early! so be sure to let your eyes breathe! hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
