My eye twitches when I get stressed!. Sometimes it will last for days, I just need to relax!. Sometimes I wont feel stressed and my eye starts to twitch, but I just think about it and I ususally am!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's caused by muscle strain from straining to see or squinting!.Like any other muscle that is tired,our eye muscles begin to twitch!.Maybe some reading glasses will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i had alot of twitches too!. then i found out it was because of mineral deficiencies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
