Answers:
I'm not sure if eye sight gets worse, but eye strain and dry eye happen!. Make an effort to blink to keep them moist!. Go to an eye doctor and get them checked for sure!. There are glasses made to cut down on the glare!. Do a search for computer glasses and you'll see the places that make them!. Talk to the optomertrist about them too!. Get UV coating since florescent lights have uv!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Staring at a computer screen will not make your vision worse!. It will cause eyestrain and fatigue because your eyes are straining to remain focused on your screen!. Make sure to take breaks from the computer, check your screen for glare, and have your lighting the same brightness as your computer screen!. If you want more information, look up "Computer Vision Syndrome" or ask your optometrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
