If you watch a lot of t.v. will you need glasses?!

Question: If you watch a lot of t!.v!. will you need glasses!?
Answers:
If you watch a lot of TV and you sit too close to the TV, then it will weaken your eyes!. This applies to any activity where you spend hours with your eyes glued to something close to you such as a computer, book, sewing, etc!. It causes near-point-stress, dry eye which will all contribute to nearsightedness if you do not take care of your eyes!. Blink regularly, look away into the distance to give your eyes a break, and keep good posture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Myopia can be caused by looking at close objects, opticians have a term "college myopia" for people whos vision gets worse because they read and type all day at college!. If you stare at anything close to you it is bad, so as long as you sit at least a meter or two away you are fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
