Similar appearances can arise from a corneal ulcer, or a small embedded foreign body, but the the most likely condition is phlyctenular conjunctivitis, from the photo!.

A detailed examination is required for differential diagnosis!.

If it is, it's an allergic reaction, most commonly to bacteria antigen, though there is a less frequent association with tuberculosis!.
The treatment is normally steroid drops!.

CL wear does make this more likely!. Especially if the cleaning regime is less than perfect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not a doctor!. I am only an optician!. Let me tell you that you need to leave your contacts out and get to a doctor quickly!. Anything that looks like htis needs medical attention!. Overwear of contacts can cause ulcers and problams that can lead to blindness!. It is something that might be able to be treated fast and easily, but it is also something that might keep you from being able to wear contacts int he future if you do nto take care of it fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
