They don't cut your eye at all when doing laser eye surgery now!. No needles will be used!. My Mom and good friend had the surgery done!. They said that it isn't painful - just a little uncomfortable while the procedure is happening!. They both said that it was well worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you don't!. There are no needles involved, but they do cut a small part of your cornea!. It doesn't hurt at all, but the recovery time is long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
