The frame in the picture looks like it will hold a set of prescription lenses just fine!. The prescription would not be placed BEHIND the existing lenses, but those would be removed and replaced with a whole new set of prescription lenses!. You have many options to choose from as far as the material and tints/coatings you want to add to these new lenses!. If the frame is really big and your prescription is high, you will get more thickness in your lenses than you might like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to an optometrist and get a prescription!. With that, you can pick out a frame that you like and get your glases turned into sunglasses!. All it takes is a little tint!. Some sunglass frames cannot be made into prescription sunglasses so ask the optometrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Those are cute! Looks like they will work fine depending how strong your RX is!. OR if you get a picky optician!. If you wear contact lenes you can wear any sunglasses!. i hope this helped :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
