You can get an implanted 'artificial iris' that changes the colour of your eyes, but it is not a contact, and you would still need to wear contacts daily if you wear them for vision corrective as well as cosmetic purposes!.

As I know of no!. The only wat to get corrected vision is by laser eye surgery, But like below, you can change the color of your eye but that will still be pricey!.
