Answers:
I was nearsighted also and I had it done nine years ago!. My vision is great (20/20 in both eyes)!!! I was only 22 when I had it done though!. Mine should last until I am between 45 and 50 years old!. If you consider how many millions of people have had lasik, the number of complaints is very small!. Before any surgery is done, you will have a very thorough examination!. They will measure the size, shape and thickness of your eye!. If you get a good doctor, they will be honest with you if they think you have any contraindications to surgery!. I don't know your age, but if you are in your 20's or 30's I would definately recommend it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Laser eye surgery is very safe nowadays!. My cousin got her dental implants and Lasik surgery in India by a company called Indian Health Guru Consultants!. The Price for dental and Lasik surgery is very less in India!. She paid 25% of the price she was quoted in America!.

Indian Health Guru Consultants is very famous in India They arrange Dental surgery, jaw surgery, Lasik eye surgery, Dental Implants etc for foreign patients in India!. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and magazines- about their patient stories!.
They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low cost, as dental and eye surgery is not covered by insurance!. They also have photos pasted of their International patients!. You can checkout their website!. There are huge cost savings!. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world!. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star!.

I saw a something about this on the news, talking about mistakes with the procedure!. This man had it done, and now he is disabled and has to wear huge glasses and constantly put re-wetting drops in his eyes!. I would suggest making sure the doctor who does the procedure has SUPER good experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 55 and I had it done at 40!. They told me it would only last about 5 years before my eyesight started degenerating!. Almost 5 years to date!. Let me tell you though, I had the one where they cut the retina and I could see the tiniest print! And far away too!. Check around though, I don't know how long the other versions last or how they affect different people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
