OR should we invest in a good pair of UV glasses !?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Actually yes, I was reading about this on Friday!. If you wear cheap sunglasses which have no UVA or UVB protection it is worse than not having sunglasses on at all because they make your pupil dialate which allows in more UV rays!. Better to get good sunglasses that block the UV rays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can buy sunglasses that protect against UV rays as well as transmit various lowered levels of visible light from walmart or many other cheaper stores, for 5-10$, usually!. A 'good' sunglass doesn't have to be an expensive one!. If you do find a rare sunglass with no promotion of it's UV-protective status, which is NOT common these days, don't purchase it- the reduction in visible light while wearing a dark glass induces pupil dilation, and the sunglass itself isn't protecting you, so you're actually at a greater risk for harm!.

However, I personally advocate those who care for their eyes to use NoIR-medical's glasses!. The NoIR 10% amber colour drastically reduces visible light, but also has 100% UV, blue light, and infared protection- which you wonnt find at a drug store!. There's two frames that might be especially popular- the #200 wrap around, which looks like any regular fashion sunglass, and the #35 wrap-around, which looks like a more sporty and snugger-fitting version!. At 25$, they're a good deal!. (You can order by calling 800-521-9746)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Both UV and visible light radiation can damage your retina!. Cheap sunglasses only protect against visible sunlight, and not invisible UV rays!. But they are better than nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as UV protected they are fine and the majority of cheap ones are now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say its better to have uv ones but if you cannot afford them cheap ones will doWww@Answer-Health@Com
