It would be a bit ironic for your eyes to get damaged doing what they're supposed to do (see stuff) short of looking at the sun!.
Your eyes will simply get tired from looking at a screen for a long period of time!. It will not cause permanant damage!. Sitting too close will only accelerate the time they take to get tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
