Lazy eye remedy question?!

Question: Lazy eye remedy question!?
I heard about people using corrective lenses when they have a lazy eye to force their eyes to work together and to give them better vision in general!.
How long do they wear them for and do they look any different than normal glasses!? Could you tell!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, they are called prism lenses!. It doesn't actually give you better vision though, because vision loss from lazy eye (also called amblyopia) is not correctable!. These prism glasses reduce the strain off of "the good eye" by making the brain feel that both eyes are working together!. They also reduce the appearance of the lazy eye drifting off!.
You would wear them just as you would any other glasses!. Some people are prescribed them for the whole day, while others wear them only for certain tasks!.
Prism lenses are thicker on one side, either the top, bottom, left or right!. If you look really closely at the glasses, someone might notice that they look different, but generally they look pretty similar!.

Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are examined by somebody that knows what she is doing, it might make your lazy eye work better and get the best vision possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
